摘要
用HPLC法对新疆药桑果实中白藜芦醇的含量进行了测定。色谱柱:Symmetry C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5.0μm);流动相:甲醇-水(50:50);检测波长:306nm;柱温:室温;流速:1mL/min;进样量:20止。结果表明白藜芦醇在1~30mg/L时其峰面积与相应的质量浓度有良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=48001x-47654,r=0.9997,加样回收率为95.31%,RSD=0.23%。该方法灵敏可靠,重现性好,初步测得药桑中白藜芦醇含量为7.875μg/g。
The HPLC method was used to determine the resveratrol content of drug mulberry of Xinjiang. The determination was carried out on C18 Colunm(4.6 mm×150 mm ,5.0μm )with CH3OH-H2O(50: 50) as the mobile phase and detected at the 306 wave length. The resveratrol showed a good linear relationship at the range of 1-30 mg/L with r = 0. 9997, the average recovery of added sample was 95.31%, RSD = 0.23%. The method is simple, accurate , reproducible and the content of resveratrol is 7.875μg/g.
