摘要
对不同产地桑葚脂溶性成分进行分析.采用索氏提取法分别提取四川和辽宁产桑葚中的脂溶性成分并进行酯化处理,用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析各自组成和相对含量.结果四川产桑葚中鉴定出26种脂溶性成分,主要成分脂肪酸16种,占总量的75.12%,其中饱和脂肪酸占23.99%,不饱和脂肪酸占51.13%,此外,烷烃类占总量的11.01%,烯烃类占总量的2.26%等;辽宁产桑葚中鉴定出20种脂溶性成分,主要成分脂肪酸15种,占总量的89.00%,其中饱和脂肪酸占24.59%,不饱和脂肪酸占64.41%,此外,烷烃类占总量的2.19%,烯烃类占总量的1.04%等.
The lipid soluble components of mulberries from different producing areas were analyzed.The lipid soluble components of mulberry from Sichuan and Liaoning were extracted by soxhlet extraction and esterified.Their compositions and relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS.Results 26 lipid soluble components of mulberries from Sichuan province were identified.There are 16 kinds of fatty acids,accounting for 75.12%of the total,among which the saturated fatty acids account for 23.99%and the unsaturated fatty acids account for 51.13%.In addition,alkanes accounted for 11.01%of the total,olefins accounted for 2.26%of the total.Twenty lipid soluble components of mulberries from Liaoning province were identified.There were 15 kinds of fatty acids,accounting for 89.00%of the total.Saturated fatty acids accounted for 24.59%and unsaturated fatty acids for 64.41%.In addition,alkanes accounted for 2.19%of the total,and olefins accounted for 1.04%of the total.
