摘要 通过动物实验的方法研究运动对防治骨质疏松的效果,为人体运动防治骨质疏松提供实验依据。将成年SD大鼠通过悬吊、去势的方法建立骨质疏松模型,用生化指标、生物力学性能、形态计量学三种检测方法,研究每天15min、每周5天、持续8周的运动防治骨质疏松的效果。实验结果:悬吊加运动组(SUS+EX)、去势加运动组(OVX+EX)的生化指标与基础组(CON)相比较,血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)略有升高,血清钙离子(Ca)略有降低;在生物力学性能方面,悬吊组(SUS)、去势组(OVX)的大鼠景谷的压缩破坏载荷(F)较同期的CON组约低19.92%、17.23%,大鼠胫骨的弹性模量(E)较同期的CON组约低6.88%、21.25%,SUS+EX组、OVX+EX组的F较同期的CON组约高15.9%,7.10%,E较同期的CON组约高11.08%,5.49%;在形态计量学方面,SUS+EX组、OVX+EX组的各项指标(MAR、%L.Pm、BFR/BS、BFR/BV)基本与CON组持平。大鼠胫骨有明显的骨生长,并且力学性能有明显的提高,能够有效地防治骨质疏松。 Through the animal experimental method, this study obtains the experimental data about the effect of sports on preventing osteoporosis, which can provide the experimental foundation for the prevention and cure of osteoporosis. The author creates the model of osteoporosis on the basis of suspension and emasculation of the adttlt SD white rat, and then observe it 15 minutes a day and 5 days per week by adopting three detecting methods - biochemical criterion, biology mechanical property and the morphological metrology, which lasts 8 weeks. The results from the comparison of the biochemical criterion between SUS + EX, OVX + EX and CON are as follows: ALP of SUS + EX, OVX + EX is higher than that of CON, Ca of SUS + EX, OVX + EX is a little lower than that of CON. From the aspect of the performance of biology mechanical property, F of SUS, OVX is lower than that of CON by 19.92 %, 17.23 %, E of SUS, OVX is lower than that of CON by 6.88 % and21.25 %, F of SUS + EX, OVX + EX is higher than that of CON by 15.9 % and 7.10 %, E of SUS + EX, OVX + EX is higher than that of CON by 11.08 % and 5.49 %. And from the aspect of morphological metrology, the index of MAR, % L Pm,BFR/BS,BFR/BV in SUS + EX and OVX + EX keeps almost at the same level with CON. As a resttlt, the biology mechanical property is improved greatly and the white rat's tibia gets an apparent growth, which can prevent the osteoporosis efficiently.
