摘要
随着人口寿命的不断增长及老年人口的不断增加 ,骨质疏松的防治已成为当前迫切需要解决的世界性问题。在影响骨丢失、骨质疏松的诸因素中 ,运动对骨丢失、骨质疏松的预防起积极有效的作用。近年来的研究表明 ,游泳运动不仅可以促进生长期骨量的积累 ,而且可以减缓伴随增龄而发生的骨丢失 ,预防骨质疏松。这对于全民健身运动的开展具有重大的现实意义。
With the continuous rise of the lifespan of the population and the increase of old people, the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis have become a world urgent problem to solve at present. It is convinced that sport has active effects on the prevention of bone loss and osteoporosis. A lot of recent studies have indicated that swimming can not only promote the accumulation of bone mass, but also retard the age-associated bone loss and prevent osteoporosis. It is of practical significance in the development of the national fitness program.
