摘要
目的分析研究关节镜清理联合术后骨质疏松治疗仪治疗膝部骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择该科2014年1月—2016年1月住院治疗(符合纳入条件)行关节清理患者83例(121个膝关节),男21例,女62例。按治疗方法不同分成对照组和观察组。对照组39例(58个膝):单纯行关节镜清理;观察组44例(63个膝关节):关节镜清理术后辅以骨质疏松治疗仪治疗,1次/d,共20次,每次40min。术前、术后1个月、12个月对二组患者治疗前后采用膝骨关节骨性关节炎严重性指数(Lequene和Mery评分系统)进行评分,比较临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,关节清理术后膝关节骨性关节炎评分较前明显改善(P<0.05);术后联合骨质疏松治疗仪组(观察组)较对照组膝关节骨性关节炎评分明显改善(P<0.05)。结论选择性关节镜下清理术联合骨质疏松治疗仪治疗膝部关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解疼痛,消除术后肿胀疼痛,可以早期功能锻炼,更好的恢复关节功能,减少术后各种并发症的发生,有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopic debridement combined with osteoporosis treatment machine .Methods Totally 82 cases（121 knees） with arthroscopic debridement were collected from January 2014 to January 2016 in author＆#39;s hospital ,and were randomly di‐vided into control group and treatment group according to the different treatment method .39 cases （58 knees） in the control group was with arthroscopic debridement only ,44 cases（63 knees） in the treatment group with arthroscopic debridement combined with osteoporosis treatment machine postoperatively （tid .-one times daily ,40min ,total 20 day） .Preoperative and postoperative 1 month ,12 months ,two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed based upon index of severity for osteoarthritis of the knee （Lequene and Mery Scoring system ） and were compared the clinical efficacies .Results Compared with＆amp;nbsp;preoperative treatment ,scores of osteoarthritis of the knee after arthroscopic debridement were significant ‐ly higher ,（P〈0 .05） ;Group combined with osteoporosis treatment machine were significantly higher than control group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Selective treatment of knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopic arthro ‐scopic debridement combined with osteoporosis treatment machine may relieve the pain of the knee effec ‐tively and had a good clinical effect .
