摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定苦味西葫芦果实中药西瓜苦苷的方法。分析其果实中药西瓜苦苷的含量。方法:采用Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(52:48)为流动相,检测波长为238nm.柱温为35℃。结果:药西瓜苦苷在1.6~4.8/μg范围内线性关系良好.苦味西葫芦果实中药西瓜苦苷的含量为0.28%,RSD为1.27%。结论:该法稳定、简便,可用于苦味西葫芦药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cucurbitacin E-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in the fructus of Cucurbita pepo. METHODS A Shim-Pack CLC-ODS column was used with methanol-water(52:48) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 238 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the range from 1.6 to 4. 8μg. The content of Cucurbitacin E-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in the fructus of Cucurbita pepo was 0.28% and RSD was 1.27%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and stable. It can be used for the control of Cucurbita pepo.
