摘要
目的:建立蜜柑草中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50);检测波长:360nm;流速:1.0ml·min^-1。结果:槲皮素线性范围为0.20-3.06mg·ml^-1,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.32%。RSD%为1.48%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,为蜜柑草的质量控制提供了快速、准确的测定方法。
Objective : To establish HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in matsumura leafflower herb. Methods : the chromatographic bar was kromasil C18 column with methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid (50 : 50) as mobile phase, the detection wave-length was 360 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. Results : The linear range of quercetin was within 0.20-3.06mg·ml^-1, r=0.9998, the average recovery of quercetin was 99.32%, RSD% = 1.48%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. So it provides a rapid and accurate assay method for quality control of matsumura leafllower herb.
