摘要
目的:建立中药水红花子药材中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil^(TM) C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸(48:52)为流动相,检测波长为375nm。结果:槲皮素在1.2~9.1μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率达99.1%,RSD=3.1%。结论:该测定方法简便、准确,重复性好。
Objective: A method was established for the determination of quercitrin in fruits of Polygonum orientale L. Methods:The DiamonsilTM C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol - 0. 4% phosphoric acid(48: 52). The detected wavelength was 375 nm. Results:The calibration curve for quercerim was linear in the range of 1.2 -9. 1 μg(r =0. 9998) ,the mean recovery of quercitrin was 99. 1% with RSD of 3. 1%. Conclution: The method is simple , accurate and precise.
