摘要
土地限期使用制度,严重限制了投资领域,使工商实业投资行为短期化,整个社会资本,成了游资,进入股市,则股价暴涨,进入地产,则房价飙升,进入国有土地,则投机加剧,导致城市粗放扩张,使经济社会发展大起大落。因此,改革和调整土地生产关系,已势在必行。
The system of limiting the use of land, which limits the field of investment, social capital becoming wandering capital. If the capita/comes into stocks market ,the current prices of stocks will rise greatly. If it comes into housing industry, housing price will rise directly. If it comes into state -owned land,it will spead speculating,lead to cities eularging irregularly and the economic development rising and falling suddenly. So the reform must be euforced.
