摘要
通过分析建筑工程项目施工管理中存在的问题,阐述了项目施工管理创新的必然性,并从更新观念、转换机制、推行项目管理责任制、加强成本管理和质量管理、提高计算机应用水平等方面提出了创新的原则和方案,以不断深化施工管理体制改革。
Based upon an01ysis of the questions existed in construction management of building engineering the necessity to carry out innovation in construction management is elaborated. From innovating ideas, mechanism transformation, carrying out project management responsibility system, strengthening cost control and quality management, increasing the application of computer and other aspects innovation principle and schemes are propcxsed in order to deepen the reform of construction management system.
