结合建筑工程项目施工管理实施情况,对工程生产要素中的劳动力、物料、设备机械、项目资金、工程技术等之间相互结合、互不可分的关系进行了系统的分析、科学的论证,并对工程施工管理中出现的问题进行了总结,以求达到强化项目施工管理的目的,为企业增效。
