摘要
依托全球首堆——三门核电一期工程项目,结合AP1000的技术特点以及现场的施工管理实践,总结出了一套适合AP1000核电机组建设的工程管理新模式,即区域化管理模式,对区域化管理的组织形式、工作方法、实践成果等进行了总结探讨,以提高项目管理水平。
Based on No. 1 engineering program in Sanmen nuclear power selected primarily on earth, the paper combining with the technical features of AP1000 and the field constructing management, sums up the regional management model which is the engineering management new model for AP1000 nuclear power machine group, that is the model of regional management and sums up and explores the organization forms, the working methods, and the practical results for the regional management, so as to improve the level of the program management.
