摘要
通过对比分析类菱形车与传统车辆结构上的不同,综合考虑类菱形车的舒适性和安全性,对中悬架减振器的主要性能参数做一选择与优化,由此设计出减振器的结构尺寸,并对减振器的工作缸进行强度分析,可验证减振器设计的合理性。
By comparing and analyzing the structure difference between a similar rhombic vehicle and traditional vehicles, and considering a similar rhombic vehicle's comfort and security synthetically, the primary parameters of middle suspension's damper is designed and optimized. According to these parameters the damper's structural dimension is designed, and the analysis of strength is done to working crock of the damper. In such way, the rationality of the damper's design can be validated consequently.
