摘要
研究了栽培料不同碳氮比对鸡腿菇产量和品质的影响。结果表明：碳氮比为28：1（A2）、32：1（A3）的培养料栽培的鸡腿菇子实体产量较高，分别为285．5g和258．8g，与其他处理差异均达极显著水平（P〈0．01）。A1、A2、A3处理子实体中的氨基酸各组分、各类氨基酸、维生素及脂肪酸含量都较其他处理高。从品质和效益方面综合考虑，生产中鸡腿菇的栽培料的碳氮比可控制在28～32：1。
Effect of C/N ratio in cultivation medium on the yield and quality of Coprinus comatus was studied. The results showed that yieldofC, comatus on theC/N 28： 1 （A2） and 32 ： 1 （A3） medium were 285.5 g and 258.8 g. The content of amino acids, vitamin, fatty acids in fruiting boby of A1 , A2, A3 are higher. Considering quality and efficiency, the C/N ration in cuttivation should be 28-32 ： 1.
