摘要
研究了栽培料不同碳氮比对鸡腿菇产量和品质的影响。结果表明:碳氮比为28:1(A2)、32:1(A3)的培养料栽培的鸡腿菇子实体产量较高,分别为285.5g和258.8g,与其他处理差异均达极显著水平(P〈0.01)。A1、A2、A3处理子实体中的氨基酸各组分、各类氨基酸、维生素及脂肪酸含量都较其他处理高。从品质和效益方面综合考虑,生产中鸡腿菇的栽培料的碳氮比可控制在28~32:1。
Effect of C/N ratio in cultivation medium on the yield and quality of Coprinus comatus was studied. The results showed that yieldofC, comatus on theC/N 28: 1 (A2) and 32 : 1 (A3) medium were 285.5 g and 258.8 g. The content of amino acids, vitamin, fatty acids in fruiting boby of A1 , A2, A3 are higher. Considering quality and efficiency, the C/N ration in cuttivation should be 28-32 : 1.
