添加猪粪渣下鲍鱼菇中各类氨基酸效应的主成份分析 被引量:3

摘要 应用多元统计成份分析法,对不同添加猪粪渣下鲍鱼菇中各类氨基酸总量的7个主要指标进行相关及主成份分析。结果表明:鲍鱼菇子实体的鲜味氨基酸总量(x1)与甜味氨基酸总量(x2)、支链氨基酸总量(x4)、芳香族氨基酸总量(x5)、儿童氨基酸总量(x6)和必需氨基酸总量(x7)呈极显著正相关;x2与x4、x5、x6和x7呈极显著正相关;x4与x5、x6和x7显极著正相关;x5与x6和x7呈极显著正相关;x6和x7呈极显著正相关。主成份分析显示,原7个各类氨基酸指标综合为各类氨基酸总量综合效应因子1个主成分,其累积贡献率可达96.02%。根据主成份方程计算出各处理的主成份得分和综合得分,排序第一的为B3处理,所以B3处理为较佳的处理。 Applying multivariate statistical component analysis, principal component analysis was carried on seven major amino acids' contents under different pig manure in the Pleurotus abalones. The results showed that there was an extremely obvious positive correlation between the contents of tasty amino acids (x1) and sweet amino acid( x2 ) , branched chain amino acid(x4 ) , aromatic amino acid( x5 ) , children amino acid( x6 ) and essential amino acid(x7) , the contents of x2 and x4, x5, x6, x7,the contents of x4 and x5 , x6, x7,the contents of xs and x6 , x7 ,the contents of x6 and xT. The principal component analysis showed that, the content of the primary seven amino acids could be composited into 1 principal components and its contribution rate could amount to 96.02% , standing for amino acids comprehensive effect factor. The principal component equation was established according to the comprehensive ability of principal components to the primary characters. The B3 treatment got the highest principal and comprehensive scores according to the principal equation, it was more appropriate treatment.
