摘要
企业竞争力是企业外部的环境因素和内部拥有的资源和能力共同作用的产物,传统的竞争力理论认为企业的资源、能力和环境是决定企业竞争力的三大要素,对于开始建立现代企业制度的中国企业而言,企业制度应作为企业竞争力的内生要素之一。从企业制度创新的角度,我们可以从资源、能力和环境三方面着手,培育我国企业竞争力。
Corporation competitiveness is the result of corporation's external environment and endogenous factor.According to the traditional corporation competitiveness theory,corporation competitiveness is decided by such factors as recourses,abilities and environments.To Chinese corporations in which modern enterprises institution is established not long ago,enterprises institution is one of the main endogenous factors deciding corporation competitiveness.In view of institution innovation,we should cultivate Chinese corporation competitiveness using such factors as recourses,abilities and environments.
