摘要
资产运作者资源配置的特性影响微观所有权安排,将微观所有权安排给资产运作者是微观本质的要求,最优的微观所有权安排具体化为剩余索取权和剩余控制权的对称性安排,所以,资产运作者享有剩余索取权优化了微观所有权安排,体现了资产运作者资源配置的价值。
The characteristic of senior executives' human capital is the impact of the arrangement of corporate ownership. The corporate essence appeals to senior executives for the ownership. The embodiment of the arrangement is to match claim to residue with residual rights of control. Senior executives share in the surplus optimizing the arrangement and materializing the value of senior executives' human capital.
