摘要 目的:研究返魂草提取物(FH)解热的作用。方法:通过内毒素致家兔体温升高和啤酒酵母致大鼠发热实验研究FH的解热作用;结果:返魂草提取物各剂量组对内毒素致家兔体温升高、对啤酒酵母致大鼠发热均有显著的抑制作用,作用强度与剂量呈一定的相关性。结论:返魂草提取物具有显著地解热作用,具有较好的应用价值。 Objective:To research the antipyretiC effect for the exit of Senecio cannabifolius Less. Methods: The anti,tic effect of the extract of Senecio cannabifolius Less was researched by the experiment of the followings: endotoxin induced temperature rise in the rabbits and the beery leavening induces fever in rats. Results: The extract of Senecio cannabifolius Less had the significant inhibitory effect on both the temperature rise in rabbits induced by endotoxin and the fever in rats induced by the beery leavening. In addition, it showed pertinence for the intensity and the dosage. Conclusion: The extract of Senecio cannabifolius Less had the significant antipyretic effect and the applied value.
