摘要
目的研究Smad4/Smad7在良性狭窄胆管组织中的表达,探讨其在良性胆管狭窄形成机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Smad4/Smad7在23例良性狭窄胆管组织、6例正常胆管组织中的表达。结果Smad4在良性狭窄胆管组织和正常胆管组织中的阳性率分别为78.3%、33.3%,组间有明显差异(P<0.05);Smad7在两组中的阳性率分别为70.0%、50.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论良性胆管狭窄组织中Smad4的高表达是造成胆管成纤维细胞增殖活跃、细胞外基质过度沉积、瘢痕增生的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smad4/Smad7 in the tissue of benign biliary stricture and explore its role in benign biliary stricture formation. Methods Paraffin-embedded materials from 23 cases of benign biliary stricture were analyzed for Smad4/Smad7 expression by immunohistochemical strept-avidin-biotin complex (SABC) method. Meanwhile, 6 normal cases served as controls. Results The positive rate of Smad4 was 78.3% and 33.3%, respectively, in the tissue of benign biliary stricture and normal bile duct (P〈0.05). The positive rate of Smad7 was 77.0% and 50.0%, respectively, in the two groups (P〉0.05), but with no significant difference. Conclusion The high expression of Smad4 plays an important role in the active fibroblast proliferation, extracellular matrix overdeposition and scar proliferation in the process of benign biliary stricture formation.
