核因子KB及其抑制因子在胆道良性狭窄形成过程中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:观察激活的核转录因子KB(nuclear transcription factor KB,NF-KB)及其抑制因子(inhibitor of KB,IKB)在胆道良性狭窄形成过程中的表达和定位情况,并探讨其意义。方法利用免疫组织化学过氧化酶标记的链霉卵白素(Streptavidin Peroxidase Method,SP)法对犬胆道损伤愈合不同时期的组织中NF-KB及IKB的表达和定位情况进行分析。结果 NF-KB于各时间点均显著性激活(P<0.05),定位于间质细胞,以成纤维细胞为甚;各组间无显著性差异(P>0.0)。IKB表达较对照组也有明显差异(P>0.05),但均定位于腺上皮,各期无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论胆道愈合的慢性炎症环境所造成的NF-KB持续性激活可能在胆道良性狭窄的形成过程中起重要作用。 Objective To observe the expression and localization of the activated nuclear transcription factor NF-K Band its inhibitor IKB in the course of benign biliary stricture formation and to discuss the significance of that.Methods Dogs biliary tissue were analyzed for the expression and localization of NF-KB and IKB in the different phases of the wound healing by using immunohistochemical SP staining method.Result The activation of NF-KB were significant at all the time points (P<0.05), Locating in the stromal cells, especially in fibroblasts; Among the groups no significant difference (P>0.05). There was a more marked expression of IKB than the control group (P>0.05), located in the glandular epithelium and no significant difference among all the time points (P>0.05).Conclusion The persistent activation of NF-KB caused by the chronic inflammation in the environment of biliary healing may play an important role in the formation of biliary benign stricture.
