摘要
提升校长专业水准以提高学校效能,业已成为国际基础教育发展的一个重要趋势。20世纪90年代,美国、英国、新西兰先后制定了校长专业标准。通过对这三国校长专业标准的研究,可以发现校长专业标准会影响校长的日常管理行为,这既有重要的理论研究意义,也为研究我国的校长专业标准提供了宝贵的实践经验。
Improving the professional level of headmasters as to promote the efficiency of schools is an important trend of the development of international basic education. In the 1990s,America,the UK and the New Zealand built the headmaster professional standards. Through the comparison of headmaster professional standards in the three countries,we can find that the headmaster professional standard makes impact on the daily administration behaviors of headmasters ,which has important significance in theory,and also provides practical experience for the study on the headmaster professional standard in China.
