图书馆通过开展读者满意度调查问卷活动的方式,了解和关注读者的需求,并建立读者评价反馈机制,确定需要改进的领域,是推进图书馆读者信息服务工作质量的有效方法。
By distributing the questionnaires about the satisfaction degree of readers, libraries understand and pay attention to reader' s demand, set up the reader' s evaluation feedback mechanism, and then libraries know where should be improved. It is an effective method for libraries to make progress on the works of reader' s information service.
