摘要
将结构方程模型的方法应用于高职院校图书馆读者满意度的研究,可以通过观测模型和结构模型去探索潜变量及其相互之间的因果关系。依据高职院校图书馆服务特点和用户满意度理论,对构成该类型图书馆读者满意度及其因果变量的相互关系进行了分析和模型的路径设计。实证研究对象为铜仁职业技术学院的图书馆,尝试构建符合高职院校图书馆的读者满意度模型,并借助AMOS与PASW Statistics(SPSS)工具进行数据分析。
In this article,we describe the development and application of higher vocational colleges library users' satisfaction based on structural equation model,and according to the theory of service features and user satisfaction of higher vocational college library,we design and analysis the model by the relationship of the library readers satisfaction and its causal variables. The researching object is the library of the national backbone construction in Higher Vocational Colleges--Tongren Polytechnic College,we try to build models of higher vocational college library users' satisfaction of the western provinces,and it proves that the model can well explain the actual situation of the library by means of AMOS and PASW Statistics( SPSS) tools for data analysis.
