摘要
目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗肝衰竭的疗效。方法:33例肝衰竭患者,在常规治疗的基础上采用中药保留灌肠及整体护理,以观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、黄疸指数、凝血酶原活动度等指标的变化情况。结果:显效17例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率84.85%。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗肝衰竭疗效可靠,简便易用,尚未发现毒副作用。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of treating liver failure with retention enema of Chinese treaditional herb. Method： 33 cases with liver failure were treated with routine treatment and retention - enema with Chinese traditional herb. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptom,physical signs, icterus index as well as prothrombin active （PAT）were detected. Results： The results showed that the efficiency rate is 84.77%. 17 of them are significantly clinical effective cases. 11 of 33 are valid and only 5 cases are invalid. Conclusion： It has been proved that retention enema with Chinese traditional herb has a significant clinic effect in treating liver failure. No remarkable adverse effect was observed. It can be concluded that retention enema with Chinese traditional herb has good therapeutic efficiency, conveniency, and safety in the treatment of liver failure. It can be widely promoted.
