摘要
目的:观察结肠治疗仪配合新石军方灌肠治疗慢性肝衰竭湿热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月至2013年12月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院肝病科住院治疗的慢性肝衰竭湿热蕴结证患者67例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例。对照组给予保肝治疗、对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予结肠治疗仪配合新石军方灌肠治疗,两组均治疗8周。结果:治疗组有效率50.0%,死亡率8.8%,对照组有效率27.2%,死亡率45.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠治疗仪配合新石军方灌肠治疗慢性肝衰竭湿热蕴结证临床疗效显著,减少并发症发生率,降低病死率。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of therapeutic apparatus in combination with Xin Shijun Formula on chronic liver failure with accumulated damp-heat syndrome. Methods：Sixty-seven patients with chronic liver failure with accumulated damp-heat syndrome who were hospitalized in the Department of Liver Disease of Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai University of TCM from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group with 34 cases and the control group with 33 cases. The ones in the control group were given the treatment of liver protection and symptomatic treatment. On the basis of the control group,the ones in the treatment group were additionally given therapeutic apparatus in combination with Xin Shijun Formula. Both the two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results：In the treatment group,the effective rate was 50. 0%,the mortality rate was 8. 8%,while in the control group,the effective rate was 27. 2%,the mortality rate was 45. 5%,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and all the differences were statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Therapeutic apparatus in combination with Xin Shijun Formula has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic liver failure with accumulated damp-heat syndrome,can reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the mortality rate.
