摘要
肝衰竭属于肝病危重病,病情凶险,病死率高,西医治疗尚无特效疗法,而通过中西医结合疗法能大大提高疗效,贾建伟教授应用"截断逆挽结合治肝理脾法"治疗气虚瘀黄证患者1例,通过扶正祛邪,顾护脾胃之气,治肝实脾,相辅相成,疗效显著。
