摘要
目的:探讨针刺分型治疗功能性消化不良(FD)胃动素和胃电参数的相关性。方法:针刺组32例FD患者按中医分型标准分为脾胃虚弱、肝胃不和、胃热阴虚三型,分别进行针刺治疗,于治疗前及治疗后检查患者的胃动素及胃电参数值,并进行统计比较。结果:脾胃虚弱型治疗后胃动素值显著高于治疗前胃动素值(P<0.01);肝胃不和型治疗后胃动素值显著高于治疗前胃动素值(P<0.01);胃热阴虚型治疗后胃动素值显著高于治疗前胃动素值(P<0.05);三型中脾胃虚弱型胃动素值升幅最高。脾胃虚弱型治疗后胃电主功率值显著高于治疗前胃电主功率值(P<0.01);肝胃不和型治疗后胃电主功率值显著高于治疗前胃电主功率值(P<0.05);胃热阴虚型治疗后胃电主功率值显著高于治疗前胃电主功率值(P<0.05);三型中以脾胃虚弱型胃电主功率值升幅最高。结论:针刺可提高FD患者血浆胃动素值和胃电主功率值,针刺组三型胃电主功率值的变化与血浆胃动素值的变化具有对应性。
Objective ： To probe into the coherency of motilin and gastro electric parameter of functional dyspepsia （ FD ） of different acupuncture types.Methods ： 32 FD cases of acupuncture group were derided into 3 types according to Traditional Chinese Medicine criterion, treated respectively by acupuncture, and motilin and gastroelectric parameter were examined before and after treatment, and compared statistically. Results ： The motilin value after treatment was remarkably higher than that of before treatment in the three types （ P〈0.01, P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ）; the main gastroelectric power value after treatment was remarkably higher than that of before treatment in the three types （ P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Acupuncture can raise the values of motilin and main gastroelectric power of FD patients, the variations of main gastroelectric power values of 3 acupuncture types are in correspondence with the variations of motilin values.
