摘要
对10例非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者及10名正常对照者进行了消化间期胃十二指肠运动功能检测及血浆胃动素测定。采用气道式测压法连续记录消化间期运动复合波(IDMC)120min,其间每隔15min采血2ml行胃动素放免测定。结果表明:NUD组血浆胃动素高峰明显减低的同时伴有IDMCⅢ期缺乏;NUD组胃窦部收缩力明显低于正常组。提示:NUD患者胃动素高峰和IDMCⅢ期的缺乏以及胃窦部收缩力的减低可能是消化不良发病的重要因素。
The interdigestive gastroduodenal motor activity and plasma motilin levels were studied in 10 patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia and in 10 normal subjects. Interdigestive motor complex (IDMC) was recorded by air-way manometric method for at least 120 minutes, 2ml blood samples for plasma motilin levels were taken by radioimmunoassay every 15 minutes. The results showed that a significant reduction in the number of motilin peaks and the lack of activity fronts were observed in patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia. The contractive intensity in antrum was significantly lower in the dyspeptic patients than in that of the normal group. Our results suggest that a lack of activity fronts and decreased contractive intensity in the antrum of the patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia may be related to the cause of dyspepsia.
