摘要
随着社会经济与科技的发展,网络媒介已经融入人们的工作、生活之中,这给公安机关的公关工作提供了新的思维方式。当前公安机关要提高自身形象,实现良好警民联系和实现部门之间的信息共享的需求,有必要加强网络公关建设;构建在互联网上的警察网络公关可以实现警务公开、密切警民联系、危机化解、民警反馈与民意测验等功能。加强网络公关的建设可从硬件和软件两个方面着手,硬件包括建立门户网站和培养专业的网络公关人员,软件包括网络公关意识的培养,投公众之所好,注重服务性和注意网络安全,增强保密性。
Along with the social economy and the technical development, the network medium already integrated to during people＇s routine work, the life, this ,proposed the new thinking mode for the country Public security organ＇s public relations work. The current Public security organ must correct own image, realize between the good police people relation and department＇s information sharing, this requests us to strengthen the network public relations to construct. The construction the network public relations may realize the police service on Internet＇s police to be public, the close police people relate, melt crisis, functions and so on police feedback and public opinion poll. Strengthens the network public relationsr＇ construction to be possible begins from the hardware and the software two aspects： The hardware including the establishment open-door policy and the specialized network public relations personnel, the software the raise which realizes including the network public relations, complies with the public to like, paying great attention ministrant and the network security, the enhancement secrecy.
