摘要
首脑外交是国家元首或政府首脑直接参与的外交活动,其在处理国际危机与冲突,推动国家间在经贸、环保等领域的合作方面卓有成效,已经成为当今各国政府外交实践的重要内容。1962年10月古巴导弹危机的和平解决是首脑外交大获成功的重要范例。展开对此次危机化解模式的研究,对于处理当今复杂多变的国际局势有着现实的指导意义。
Summit diplomacy, referring to the diplomatic activities which directly involve states or heads of government,plays a very important role in dealing with international crises and conflicts and promoting the cooperation of the countries on the globe in economy, trade and environmental protection, which has become an important part of the diplomatic practice of the countries of the world. The peaceful solution to the Cuban Missile Crisis in October, 1962 is an important example of the success of the summit diplomacy, and the research on the mode of the solution has a realistic significance for dealing with the complicated and changeable international situation.
