摘要 糖尿病(DM)患者,甚至在DM前期即存在血管内皮细胞(EC)功能异常。EC功能异常可致DM大、微血管病变。高血糖是引起EC功能异常的重要原因之一,其机制与氧化应激有关。控制血糖、抗氧化应激及胰岛素增敏治疗可改善EC功能。 Endothelial dysfunction has been identified in diabetes, even in prediabetic state, Endothelial dysfunction may lead to diabetic micro- and macro-angiopathy. The endothelial dysfunction is due mainly to hyperglycemia, The main physiopathologieal mechanism of endothelial dysfunction induced by hyperglycemia is oxidative stress. Several therapeutic interventions such as blood glucose control, insulin sensitizers and antioxidants can improve endothelial function.
