摘要 文章首先介绍了近年来国内外关于变革型领导的概念、测量及其有效性研究的进展情况,然后对变革型领导与交易型领导、魅力型领导等有关领导理论的关系进行了比较,最后对变革型领导理论需要解决的几个问题进行了讨论。 This paper introduced the development of the theory of the reformed-oriented leaders in recent years in terms the concepts, measurement and the effectiveness. Comparing with the trade-oriented and charismatic leaders,some problems concerning the reform-oriented leaders are discussed.
