摘要 电容测微仪是将位移的微变转换为电压的微变的仪器。准确快速标定电容传感器静态参数是实现精密测量的前提和关键。根据传感器标定理论要求与电容式传感器的实际情况,提出一种对电容式传感器静态参数进行标定的方法。该方法采用了LabView软件编写数据采集程序,对逐次采集的电压进行存储并计算,按照不同的评价原理自动得到性能参数。实验结果证明,此种标定方法精确、快速,可推广到其他类传感器的标定。 Capacitance micrometer is an instrument which changes micro-variation of displacement into micro-variation of voltage. To calibrate capacitance sensor's static parameters in a quick and precise way is a premise and key to precision measurement. According to the theory of calibration and real circumstances of capacitance micrometers, put forward a new method of calibration. Virtual instrument-LabView is selected in this method to compile the software, acquire the voltage ,save it and carry out calculation simultaneously. Then the parameters are gained based on different evaluation criterions. The method is accurate and fast according to the experiment results ,and can be promoted to other sensor calibration systems.
