CRM是数据挖掘的重要应用领域。在分析数据挖掘和客户关系管理的基础上,介绍了常用的数据挖掘方法和相关技术,重点分析了数据挖掘在CRM中的应用。
CRM is an important application domain of data mining. Based on the analysis of data mining and customer relationship management, this article introduces the commonly used method of data mining and related technologies, and pays more attention to the application of data mining in CRM.
