摘要
本文首先介绍数据挖掘和客户关系管理的基本概念,然后对客户关系管理中几种常用数据挖技术的特点和适用范围进行了分析,最后针对数据挖掘在电子商务环境下客户关系管理中的具体应用,提出可行的挖掘方案,以供参考。
This article introduces the basic concepts of data mining and customer relationship management, then analyzed the features and application of the several common data mining in customer relationship management, and finally, for the specific application of Data Mining in Electronic Commerce Customer Relationship Management proposed mining feasible options for the reference.
