摘要
后进生是客观存在的,其形成的原因主要有:社会、家庭环境的影响,教育失误的影响。后进生的表现有胆小、自卑、厌学等,其转化要根据其特点,耐心细致地做工作。
Slow students is a reality, the formation reasons of which include society, family and school education failure. Slow students are usually timid, humble and low interest in studies. Therefore, solutions to the problems should take their characteristics into consideration.
