月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)辛基磺基琥珀酸混合双酯钠的合成与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用控制酯化率和非外加相转移催化剂在敞开体系中进行反应的新方法合成月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)辛基磺基琥珀酸混合双酯钠.得到最佳工艺条件为:n(月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(3))∶n(顺酐)=1.00∶1.10,于90℃下单酯化反应2.5 h,得到产率为99.9%的单酯化产物;n(二乙基辛醇)∶n(顺酐)=2.5∶1.0,于150℃下双酯化反应2.5 h,得到产率为94.7%的双酯化产物;n(亚硫酸氢钠)∶n(顺酐)=1.10∶1.00,加热介质温度为130℃下磺化反应4 h,测得产物的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、耐硬水能力、乳化力、渗透力、分散力、钙皂分散力和去油污力分别为28.6 mN/m、5.0×10-3 mol/L、16 min、8.1 min、2.1 s、92.2%、12%和100%.与磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐(快T)和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(LESS)进行性能对比,结果表明:其耐硬水能力、分散力、乳化力、钙皂分散性能和去油污性能较快T均得到了改善,并与LESS相比,渗透性能得到了较大的提高. Sodium lauryl polyoxyethene (3) octyl sulfosuccinate was synthesized by the method of controlling esterification rate and carrying out sulfonation reaction in unclosed system without any extra phase transfer catalyst (PTC). The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows. Esterfication of lauryl polyoxyethene (3) and maleic anhydride in mole ratio 1.00:1.10 at 90 ℃ for 2.5 h gave the monoester in 99.9 % yield. Diesterfication was carried out at 150 ℃ for 2.5 h with hexanol [n(2-ethylhexanol):n(maleic anhydride)=2.5] to form the diester in 94.7 % yield. Sulfonation was carried out in a heating medium of 130 ℃ for 4 h with sodium hydrosulfite In(sodium hydrosulfite):n(maleic anhydride) =1.10). Surface activities and the application property of products were tested: surface tension is 28.6 raN/m, critical micelle concentration is 5.0×10^-3 mol/L, emulsifying power is 8.1 min, permeability is 2.1 s, dispersing power is 92.2 %, hard water instance is 16 min, limp soap dispersing power is 12 %, de-oiling power is 100 %. Compared with the traditional surface activities of sodium octyl sulfosuccinate and disodium lauryl polyoxyethene (3) sulfosuccinate, the results showed that hard water instance, emulsifying power, dispersing power, limp soap dispersing power, de-offing power and permeability of this new product are notably improved.
