摘要
采用碳基固体酸为酯化反应催化剂,在常压下合成乙二醇双子琥珀酸二正辛酯磺酸钠。对各步反应条件进行了考察。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:双酯化反应:n(顺酐)∶n(正辛醇)=1.00∶1.05,反应温度180℃;磺化反应:n(顺酐)∶n(亚硫酸氢钠)=1.00∶1.05,反应温度110℃。该产物具有目标产物特征官能团,表面性能、应用性能优异,毒性较低。
Ethanediol Gemini sodium di-n-octyl sulfosuccinate was synthesized under normal pressure by using carbon-based solid acid as the catalyst in esterification,an environmentally friendly process where purification,separation of the intermediates and organic solvents was unnecessary in reaction. The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:for the diesterification:n( maleic anhydride):n(n-octanol)= 1. 00 :1. 05,and reacted at 180 ℃;for the sulfonation reaction:n(maleic anhydride):n(sodium hydrogen sulfite)=1. 00 :1. 05,and reacted at 110 ℃. The product has target product fea-tures functional groups,surface performance,application performance and low toxicity.
