摘要
为防治松褐天牛筛选致病性强的白僵菌菌株,把来自不同寄主的14株球孢白僵菌分离、纯化后,分别接种在PDA和松褐天牛虫体培养基上进行生长速度,产孢能力测定,从中选出8株培养性状好的进行致病性试验。再选出致病力较强的菌株B1和B2生产高孢粉,用于做室内对松褐天牛致病力及防治方法的比较试验。结果显示,B1致病力优于B2。
14 strains of Beauveria bassiana were separated from different hostsand inoculated on two kinds of culture medium of PDA and Monochamus alternatus bodies。Their speed of mycelium growth and sporogenous ability were measured. 8 strains (from B 1 to B 8)were better in culture characters.Through comparision experiments on their entomopathogenicity,strain B 1 and B 2 were stronger.They were used to produce spore powder separately and control the pest by spraying and injections in the lab.The results show that B 1 is better than B 2 in pathogenicity,the injection is better than spraying.
