松墨天牛病原菌及其致病性研究 被引量:8

摘要 对华东地区松材线虫病疫区和松墨天牛主要发生的13个地区随机抽样调查,共获松墨天牛病原真菌9属12种,病原细菌2属2种。其中,我国首次报道的松墨天牛病原菌新种类有:金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种Metarhizium anisopliae var.anisopliae、粉拟青霉Paecilomyces farinosus、尖镰孢Fusarium oxysporum、蜡蚧轮枝霉Verticillum lecanii、青霉Penicillium spp.、黄曲霉Aspergillus flavus、曲霉Aspergillus spp.、木霉Trichoderma spp.和粘质沙雷氏菌Serratia marcescens。经致病性测定表明,球孢白僵菌、金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种、粉拟青霉对松墨天牛有较强的致病力,处理后16d的致死率分别为100%、100%和70%。 Investigations on the bio-source to control pine wilt disease have been made in 13 regions of East China,where pine wilt disease(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) and pine sawyer(Monochamus alternatus) occurs in quantities.Fourteen species of fungi in 9 genera and one bacterium Serratia marcescens have been found to be pathogenitic to M.alternatus.Among the 14 species of fungi,Six of them were identified as Beauveria bassiana,Metarhizium anisopliae var.anisopliae,Paecilomyces farinosus,Fusarium oxysporum,Verticillum lecanii,Aspergillus flavus,and the other nine belong to Fusarium(2 species),Penicillium(2 species),Aspergillus(2 species),Trichoderma(2 species) and Acremonium (1 species).M.anisopliae var.anisopliae,P.farinosus,F.oxysporum,V.lecanii,Penicillium spp.,A.flavus,Aspergillus spp.,Trichoderma spp.and S.marcescens are reported as new pathogens to M.alternatus in China.Virulence tests showed that B.bassiana,M.anisopliae var.anisopliae and P.farinosus were of significant pathogenic effects on larva of M.alternatus.
