摘要
1994年6月下旬于深圳林场等7个放蜂区,23个试验点上,释放50万头管氏肿腿蜂,防治松材线虫病的传播媒介松墨天牛。在面积18hm^2的林地上,当代寄生率为25.6%~42.9%,平均35.2%。由于管氏肿腿蜂在林间陆续繁衍扩散,到10月下旬至11月上旬,肿腿蜂防治面积已扩大到162.5hm^2。经过防治的松林,因松材线虫病引起的林木枯死率平均为2.63%,对照区的林木枯死率平均为10.33%,林间防治效果达67.99%~86.59%。
23 test points were set up at 7 releasing regions including Shenzhen Forest Farm in June, 1994 and a total about 500000 parasitic wasps, (Scleroderma guani) were released on to pine forest to control the pine sawyer (Monochamus alternatus Hope), a vector of pine wood nematode. The parasitic rate was 25.6%~46.9% averaged 35.2%, in the first generation of the wasp covering an area about 18 ha. Owing to the multiplication and expansion of this wasp in the forest, the controlled area reached up to 162.5ha. in October and November and the withering rate of pine trees caused by pine wood nematode disease was about 2.63%, while that in the check regions where no wasp has been released was about 10.33%. The control effect counted as 67. 99%~86.59%.
