摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制日臻完善,科学技术必将在我国经济社会全面协调可持续发展中发挥更为重要的基础性、战略性和主导性的作用。科技竞争力是一国(区域)科技总量、实力以及科技水平与潜力的综合体现。对区域科技竞争力进行评价,应从科技投入、科技活动、科技产出、科技协调四个方面建立一套多角度、全方位的科技竞争力评价指标体系,科学地作出明确、全面的评价。
