摘要
绿色科技创新应突破传统科技的内涵,不再单纯以经济增长为唯一目标,而是紧紧围绕可持续发展的思想,充分考虑科技创新所能带来的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益。绿色科技创新必须通过建立有效的指标体系才能得到恰当的反映。本文通过对绿色科技指标的原则、指导思想等进行分析,再结合生态省建设的实际情况筛选出部分绿色科技指标,以期能对生态省建设中的科技创新有所借鉴。
The green scientific and technical innovation must break through the intension of traditional science and technology, no longer regard economic growth as the only goal simply, but surround on the thought of sustainable development firmly, fully consider the economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits which can bring in scientific and technical innovation. Scientific and technological innovation ability could get appropriate reflection through establishing the system of effective index. Tnis paper, through screening some green scientific and technological index by analysing the principle, guidelines of the green scientific and technological index, and combining Fujian actual conditions, is expect to give reference to some extent to Fujian ecological province under construction scientific and technical innovation.
