中国生态文明建设与科技创新耦合协调时空演变 被引量:12

The Coupling Coordinative Development Between Ecological Civilization Construction and Sci-technology Innovation of Temporal-Spatial Evolvement in China

摘要 在阐述生态文明建设与科技创新作用关系的基础上,利用投影寻踪模型、耦合协调模型,分析2006—2015年中国省域生态文明建设与创新耦合协调发展时空变化过程。结果表明:(1)二者水平均呈上升趋势,生态文明建设水平逐步落后于科技创新能力;(2)各子系统耦合协调度均呈上升趋势,协调度由低中度协调向高度协调转变,耦合度空间格局演变与协调度空间格局演变趋势相似,高值区域由东部沿海向长江中下游流域扩散,低值区域集中在西部边疆地区;(3)协调发展水平具有波动性,二者水平越低支撑其协调发展的稳定性越差。 Based on the relationship between the ecological civilization construction and scitechnology innovation, the spatial and tem poral changes of the coupling coordinative development of provincial ecological civilization construction and scitechnology innovation from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed via the projection pursuit model and coupling coordination model. The results show that: ①The level of ecological civilization construction and scitechnology innovation presented roughly steady upward trend;②The coupling coordinative degree between different subsystem presented roughly steady upward trend, the coordinative degree increased changing from low to high extent, the spatial pattern evolvement of coupling and coordination degree were similar, areas diffusion with high value from the east coast to the lower Yangtze region, areas with low value concentrated on esteru frontier;③The level of coordinated development was fluctuant, and the lower level two system is, the worse stability of coordinated development is.
