摘要
本文深入考察了北京地区科技竞争力的优势和劣势,发现其最大优势是科技资源总量巨大、质量上乘,突出问题是科技成果的转化效率偏低。经过分析,本文认为企业未能成为科研创新主角、制造业规模偏小、第三产业不够发达是影响北京地区科技成果转化效率的主要原因。
This paper examines the advantages and shortcomings of the competitiveness of science and technology of Beijing. It is found that the biggest advantage is the large volume and the excellent quality of science and technology resources, while the main shortcoming is the lack of efficiency of the allocation of these resources. It has been attributed to three main reasons： Firstly, the sector of enterprise is not the primary player in the field of science and technology research ; Secondly, the volume of the manufacturing of Beijing is low; Thirdly, the service sector is not developed well.
