摘要
[目的]腕关节在支撑、推物等运动中十分重要,故在日常生活与各种体育运动当中,发生急、慢性损伤十分常见,尤其是腕关节软骨盘损伤更多。从发生学、形态学等多角度对比胎儿与成人腕关节软骨盘,可以更深入研究腕关节软骨盘,积累人体胚胎学、形态学等方面的资料,另一方面也有助于追根溯源地认识腕关节软骨板的损伤愈合的机理,为临床治疗提供更多有价值的参考材料。[方法]采用形态学测量、组织学切片等方法,研究了胎儿与成人腕关节软骨盘的形态组织学结构特征。[结果]①胎龄4个月时,在尺骨下端的位置出现软骨细胞,但是肉眼可见的软骨盘成型于6月底。②胎儿与成人软骨盘形状主要有半月形、三角形、扇形。③胎儿软骨盘为透明软骨,其周围结缔组织膜随胎龄增加而增厚;成人软骨盘为纤维软骨,具有明显的软骨膜。④胎儿与成人软骨盘中均有丰富的血管分布,软骨盘的营养供应比较充分。⑤成人腕关节软骨盘各部位的纤维排列明显不同,有利于手部力量的传递、分散与缓冲。[结论]人类腕关节软骨在胚胎第6月底成型;胎儿腕关节软骨盘为透明软骨,成人腕关节软骨盘为纤维软骨;成人腕关节软骨盘有多种形状,软骨盘中有血管分布,且各部位的纤维排列明显不同。
[Objective]To compare the generation and morphology of carpus cartilage disks of foetus and adults,so as to investigate the carpus cartilage disks and accumulate information about human embryology and morphology,and also be helpful to understand the mechanism of wound healing of carpus cartilage disk,moreover to provide more value information for treatment.Because carpal articulations play an important role in movements like supporting and pushing,both urgent and chronic injuries usually happen in daily life and sports exercises,especially carpus cartilage disks injury.[Methods]The morphological and histological characteristics of carpus cartilage disks of foetus and adults were studied by using morphometry and histological slices methods.[Results]①When the gestational age was 4 months,the cartilage cells were detected in the lower portion of the ulna,but the shape of cartilage disks were observed at the gestational age of six months by naked eyes.② The main shapes of cartilage disks were crescent-shaped,triangle and fan-shaped.③ The cartilage was transparent,and connective tissue membrane significantly increased in thickness with the increased gestational age of foetus;The cartilage disks of adults were fibered cartilage with significant perichondrium.④ The cartilage disks of foetus and adults distributed with rich blood vessel and sufficient nutrition supply.⑤ The arrangement of fibers in every portion of carpus cartilage disks of foetus and adults were found significantly difference,which were beneficial to transmission,distribution and buffer.[Conclusion]The carpus cartilage can form at the gestational age of 6 months;the carpus cartilage disks of foetus are transparent and those of adults were fibered cartilage;the carpus cartilage disks of adults were observed to be multi-shaped and distribute with blood vessel as well as significantly different arrangement of every portion.
