摘要
腕关节是人体关节中结构复杂、活动频率很高的关节之一,又是上肢完成支撑、推力等运动中主要承力部位,故十分容易发生运动性损伤,尤其是关节中较薄弱的结构─—三角软骨板的损伤较为多见。笔者在系统查阅大量国内外医学资料的基础上,对三角软骨板研究的历史、现状、主要成就等作了详细介绍:①三角板软骨的形成、毗邻。②三角板软骨的大体结构与附着部位。③三角软骨板的微细结构。④三角软骨板的功能。⑤三角软骨板的运动。⑥三角软骨板的损伤。从上述研究成果出发,对三角软骨板损伤机制进行了分析,并指出目前研究中尚待解决的问题。
rist is one of the complieated structure and high-frequency-movement key section ofthe uppor limb,and it is very suNect to sports injury. The injury cases of th triangular fibrocartllage,the most vulnerable structure in this joint,have been often reported on basis of the systematicalretrieval of medical information,both at home and abroad the article reviewed in details the historypresent state and important results of researches on the triangular fibrocartilage from the following sixaspects:①The formation and adjacent environment;②The orerall structure and adherent section;③The micro-structare;④The function;⑤The movement;⑥Sports inyury, Basing upon the aboveresearch results,the article alse thoroughly analyzed the mechanism of the friangnlar tibrocartilageinyury,and pointed out some problems waiting to be solved in the ongoing research.
