牛磺酸和锌对氟致神经系统损伤的拮抗作用 被引量:6

摘要 研究表明,长期高氟摄入对神经系统可产生一定的危害,而牛磺酸和锌分别作为条件必需氨基酸和必需的微量元素,在脑内的含量丰富,作用广泛。许多研究证明牛磺酸和锌对神经系统具有营养和保护作用,而这些作用与氟中毒引起的神经系统改变相拮抗。现对牛磺酸参与维持细胞的稳定性、抗氧化、学习记忆等多方面的作用以及锌对氟中毒导致神经系统脂质过氧化和DNA损伤的拮抗作用做一综述。 It is well known that long-term and high fluorine concentration exposure can produce some damage of nervous system, taurine and zinc, as one of the essential amino acids and trace element respectively axe abundantly contained in brain and show extensive effect. Studies showed that taurine and zinc have nutritional and protective effect on nervous system and could resist the damage of nervous system caused by fluorine poisoning. This paper will make a brief review on the good effect of taurine on maintenance of cell stability, anti-oxidation, promotion of study and memory, and the antagonistic effect of zinc on lipid peroxidation and DNA damage of nervous system by fluorine poisoning.
