摘要
应用PSpice9.2仿真软件对TTL和CMOS反相器的逻辑特性和电气特性进行了分析,结果表明,PSpice9.2可用于TTL和CMOS反相器的分析和设计,并可加深对TTL和CMOS逻辑门电路工作原理的理解.
PSpice9.2 software is one of widely used simulated software for electronic circuits. The circuit performance can be analyzed according to the construction of a circuit and the parameters of the components by PSpice9.2, and the analysis results can be applied to appraise the correctness of circuit design conveniently and exactly. This paper introduces the TTL and CMOS Inverter＇s logic characteristic and electrical characteristic, which can enhance the understanding of the principle of TTL and CMOS logic gate circuit.
