摘要
大学生就业困难的原因是多方面的。提高大学生的就业认识,加强政府的服务,改善高校的人才培养模式和就业管理模式有助于有效解决大学生就业困难的问题。
Because of all kinds of reasons, it is hard for college students to obtain employment. The method to solve this problem of having difficulties in employment obtaining is to arise college students＇ cognition of employment obtaining, reinforce government＇s service, and ameliorate talented person cultivating model and employment management model in college.
